The entire implementation process of Natura 2000 is influenced positively or negatively by various actors. Due to a planned change to the two European nature conservation directives, the different, relevant influences of various institutions and individuals were examined and strategically assessed. For this purpose, a PowerMap was created for internal use in order to identify a clear picture of the influence and impact of the various actors on the topic of Natura 2000. This PowerMap was created in several workshops and by means of interviews conducted beforehand and conclusions and recommendations for further action were drawn up.
