Organisational structure of contractual nature conservation Styria (ongoing)

Client: Office of the Styrian State Government, Nature Conservation Department

In order to implement the consultations and mapping of those companies that want to participate in the ÖPUL nature conservation measure, Suske Consulting organizes and designs the necessary work structure for the Office of the Styrian State Government. It consists of a team of consultants trained by us and the establishment of a coordination office in the Styrian mountain and nature rescue service. The project involves consulting around 2000 companies by 15 experts.

Suske Consulting develops the entire organizational structure, creates a requirements profile for team leaders and consultants, conducts the hearing and designs the training for the consultants. In addition, the entire implementation process is professionally supported.
