New organizational structure - Nature Conservation Association of Styria (2022)

Client: Styrian Nature Conservation Association

The aim of this project was to draw up recommendations for the development of the office structure required to carry out the activities of the Nature Conservation Association as an NGO. The office structure to be developed should include the greatest possible cooperation with other associations and with the state, while still ensuring that the Nature Conservation Association's position as an independent NGO continues to be guaranteed. A job profile for the management of the Nature Conservation Association was also drawn up.
